Our cities start to look like Jungles of whatever kind imaginable...where the law of the strong determines what's happening.The Police,vastly outnumbered,underfunded,undermanned and corrupt just stand by unable or unwilling to do anything about it.Crime rates spike.It get's outta control...then some guy comes and says he's got all the answers and in return for you giving up some of your rights and priviliges he will do something about it and make it all go away...The Beginning of The End!!!!
