i have been hospitalized with Osteomyelitis, which is an infection in the bone and muscles and effects the pelvic area and attacks the weakest part of the body and in my case is the herniated discs in my lower spine and i am just now walking on my on after 4 weeks of being in the hospital so i hope i didn't mess up too bad in this mix and i hope you enjoy, this is a preview of what is yet to come my feet started swelling during the mix and the pain in my back kept throbbing but i kept going,
