A full throttle, barn shaking, remix ladened new mix from DJCousCous, taking elements of all the sets from this summer's festival gigs. It was a spectacular summer of events and non were more glorious than The Rollright Fayre, a special little micro festival in the heart of the Cotswolds held by my favourite hangout The Lizard Stage collective..
The set is chock full of vintage remix tracks, a heavyweight reggae influence and tropical basslines. There is a nod to the Balkans and Colombia's Cumbia sounds, a roaring drum n bass reggae section and a soul n' bass mix to finish it off.. A surprise track at the end to wind the set down features one of my favourite gospel singers, Sister Rosetta Tharpe..
I hope you enjoy it, and for those that have supported me and come to see the gigs over the summer, I salute you and thank you for your continued love and support..
