TRIGGER WARNING - Discussion of suicide at around the 45 minute mark, handled sensitively but worth a heads up if anyone is struggling.
Every Wednesday morning from 0700 until 0900 you'll find me on Guildford's Kane 103.7 FM, a former pirate turned incredible community radio station.
Within OFCOM rules (no cursing!) I can play what the hell I like - jazz, drum and bass, hip hop, Latin grooves, disco edits and more. This week I played across the board - instrumental hip hop, underground UK rap, all sorts of random bits and bobs, and a glorious selection of gospel house in the last half hour.
