In episode 14 we’re joined by DJ Tina Technotic, a late-blooming techno DJ whose journey into electronic music began in her mid-fifties after re-discovering the power of the dancefloor. While recovering from major foot surgery in 2023 she began learning to mix, and today she brings energetic sets to venues across London, as well as internationally, blending rave culture with her wider mission around health, longevity and human connection.
Tina is the co-founder of Longevity Rave with DJ Yukari, and she also leads the JoyScore Experiment, a global open-science project exploring how rhythm, movement and collective joy influence the brain, body and long-term health.
