Be with your emotions and feel your compassion and your truth. Dance and let you be taken away by your dance, surrender to the rhythm, let yourself be swept away by the music. Let your body surprise you. be smooth and liquid, loose your neck and let your head go let yourself go and fall into your dancing like you never did before. Trust and surrender
