Melodica by Chris Coco. The mix of sounds from mellow Balearic to the deepest house via electronica and oddities; the juxtaposition of new and old; and the inclusive, musical family it has built, have made Chris Coco’s weekly radio broadcast a bit of a staple for many.
This Episode... could easily be called blame it on Bandcamp Friday. It’s a deep dive into new (as in new to me) music that’s been washed up of the shore of consciousness from the sea of sounds on that platform and from other far off places never known or already forgotten. So come, let’s go beach combing, searching for shards of glass ground down to sparkling gems by the wind and the waves.
