Steve May & Steve Webb, St Austell Festival of Children’s Literature (05/06/25)

Steve May is the creator of Poo Crew Adventures: Journey to Pootopia, a laugh-out-loud graphic novel that dives deep into the digestive system - literally - starring Ploppy and Professor Poo. The first in the series landed last year, with more gross-out goodness on the way.

Steve Webb, meanwhile, is the author of the Peng and Spanners series, featuring an investigative cat and a penguin on cartoon capers. Book three, The Swamp Thing, is out this August.

Both Steves will be live in St Austell on Friday, 14 June from 10–11am at Holy Trinity Church, battling it out in The Big Draw Off - a fast-paced, interactive drawing showdown kicking off the St Austell Festival of Children’s Literature.
