Mevagissey Rowing Club is getting ready to celebrate a pretty major milestone next year - its 40th anniversary! And they’re kicking off celebrations with a huge fundraiser, the Harbour to Harbour Row, which is happening this Sunday, the 25th of May.
It's a challenging coastal row of roughly 50 nautical miles from Newlyn to Mevagissey, broken into six legs with donations split between the £10,000 needed for a brand new boat and two amazing local charities: the RNLI Penlee Lifeboat and Fishermen’s Mission.
