Tippa Irie Special

Tippa Irie is back on top. His new album Stick To My Roots will be out in June 2010. It's an intense collaboration with The Far East Band. On 15th May 2010 it was the first time Tippa Irie & The Far East Band had a live gig together.

Tippa Irie started as MC at the legendary Saxon Soundsystem. Their style - being the fastest MCs of the world - even inspired Jamaican artists.

Of course everyone knows his eighties millionseller Hello Darling. But the song Tippa is most proud of is Hey Mama, a worldwide hit from the Black Eyed Peas. Yes, it's written by Tippa Irie!
