Dancehall & Beenie Man Special

In this show it's dancehall time. Listen to the first tracks that used a digital drum computer. In the spotlight it's "King of the Dancehall" Beenie Man

As a concert of Snoop Dog was forbidden @ Parkpop (www.parkpop.nl) in The Hague, Beenie Man was booked as replacement. But oh no... this dancehall act used to have written homophobic songs at the age of sixteen! So... Beenie Man was cancelled also.

Now Alpha Blondy is booked, a man who is peace himself.

It's hypocrite to boycot an artist for his negative songs. So in this show some songs some people don't want to hear, and listen also to the song "Steve Biko". That's the song you want to hear from Beenie Man!

This is my statement: don't get influenced by lyrics, feel the music! I don't like drugs, it doesn't mean all songs about drugs should be forbidden! I don't like religion, it doesn't mean all songs about jah should be forbidden!

I don't like reggae.... I LOVE IT !!!!
