Mayura Raksha refers to a traditional Sri Lankan wood-carved mask, specifically a Peacock Devil mask, which is believed to bring peace, harmony, and wealth while warding off evil spirits. Despite its name suggesting a devil, the mask features three beautifully feathered peacocks and is used in ancient forms of dance and decoration, symbolizing protection and blessings.
Music has a remarkable ability to bring people together, transcending social and geographical differences. It serves as a powerful tool for spreading hope and optimism. Through the medium of airwaves, I aim to promote these values and share the joy that resonates with audiences worldwide.
