This week we're talking about songs that come with their share of legal issues. Sometimes a musician will "accidentally" write a song that's already been written, or maybe will straight up rip off an existing song and hope no one notices. These are all cases in which someone did notice and took legal action to get some of those sweet royalty dollars back. A couple examples include Huey Lewis vs Ray Parker Jr, and CCR vs John Fogerty, but we've got plenty to go through.
