Today on Maple Infused Classic Breakfast, we take a little trip across the prairies, and hear lots of amazing music about the land, plains and prairies, and then many of the things associated with the prairies: wind, moon & stars, aurora borealis, the big sky, trees (there are some trees on the prairies you know!) and lakes. Lots of great Canadian classical composers and performers and a little jazz thrown in at the end!
