This week on INAIGIWIG I once again indulge my love of live recordings. There's something about the questionable tuning, suspicious meter, and breathless singing that many of these recordings exhibit, yet at the same time demonstrating how feel an d attitude are as vital to a song as competency. That said, there are some bands who can do it note for note perfect too, but in both cases there is an extra urgency in a live performance. The emotional stakes are a lot higher. Join me for some great live music...I even found a very rare Jr Gone Wild recording I had forgotten about.
