Our latest Bestimix is a wee bit special. Granted, all our mixes are special affairs, lovingly crafted by the world's finest DJs and compiled exclusively for your listening pleasure. Legendary Manchester DJ Greg Wilson - a man famed for helping break electro and house in the UK and one of the first dudes to cut-and-splice tracks together in what was essentially an early form of remixing - spent the last year digging through his extensive video archive to compile a show-reel of delights that was projected live at RizLab at Bestival 2011 to accompany this signature mix of disco, house, electro, funk and all the rest, all worked through his trusty Revox reel-to-reel tape machines and computer.
