Bestimix 200: Felix Buxton (Basement Jaxx)

Yes people, it’s a special one – it’s our 200th Bestimix. So we’ve called in every favour possible to bring you this extra special Bestimix.

Starting out in Brixton in 1994, this DJ duo rapidly rose to fame to become one of the biggest groups in UK music history. Their eclectic mix of rap, funk, ragga, disco, garage and house genres has rightfully earned them the status of having a truly original and recognisable sound throughout the world!

Having performed at one of the early Sunday Best parties back in the late 90s, and later headlining the first ever Bestival in 2004, its fair to say that these guys are pretty much part of the Bestival family and have definitely helped shape Bestival into what it is today.

We're so excited to bring you Bestimix 200 – this is Felix Buxton from Basement Jaxx on Bestival FM, recorded live at the Bestival Knees up for Charity event at the House of St. Barnabas.
