"Hi, I am Sven Veigel. I started buying soul 45s around 2006 when I was a student. Before that I was kind of a rock nerd, but in just a few very small steps I became a lover of soulful and funky sounds.
I was one of two organizers/djs of the “SOULELUJAH” party in Bonn (Germany) but after I moved to Berlin I didn't dj on a regular basis much. However I had the chance to dj at “Soul´d Up Allnight” allnighter with my mate Hendrik Irmscher, who made a tasty mix here, too. I have to say thank you Hendrik for the technical support at this mix, and of course thank you Kieran for uploading this and being part of the series. So long, have fun listening to my tunes"
