Sam is the co founder and resident of Black Bee Soul Club in Manchester.
"At black bee (3rd friday monthly) we try and play high energy, uptempo gritty soul with the emphasis very much on introducing young people and new ears to music different from what you'd normally associate with the classic nighter venues. Soul music has always been my passion and I have been djing soul for around 2 years but have been djing electronic music since around 2006. in the last two years I have been privileged enough to play at some of the top rare soul nights in the north including different strokes, change and recently the burnley all nighter. continuing with the theme of trying to introduce soul music to the youth of manchester i can also be spotted playing in bars such as Gorilla, kosmonaut and terrace."
