Hardcore Heaven: Space 1999 was a massive night for the scene and even more so for me, held on February 20, 1999.

Arena 1: Happy Hardcore
The main stage was packed with the biggest names of the "Bouncy" and "Happy" era.

Arena 2: Techno, Hard Trance & Gabba
This arena was famously much faster and harder, featuring the pioneers of the UK "Freeform" and Techno sound.

In 1999, the "Rollers" arena at The Sanctuary usually hosted the more Jungle/DnB-leaning side of the event to balance out the 170+ BPM 4/4 beats in the main room.
