Hey music lovers,
I’ve known David Barbarossa for years, no decades: ever since he started making trips down from Glasgow on a Saturday afternoon to come record shopping in the treasure trove of record shops that was Manchester’s Northern Quarter. He’d spend hours propping up the counter in Vinyl Exchange, chatting to all the staff as he played through several wheelbarrows full of records. Dave M and I would translate his impenetrable Scotch accent for the non-Scotch counter jockeys.
Looking at his social media profile, you’d be forgiven for thinking that David collects dogs, but as well as his love for our 4-legged friends, he also DJs, and as well as various residencies throughout his home city, he does a regular radio show on http://clydebuiltradio.com
