Sorry it's been a long time (I shouldn't have left you!), but Ben and I have been jet-setting around the globe like the international Playboy / DJs we are. In fact Ben still is, so I'll be flying solo on 1 Brighton FM tomorrow night. Don't let that put you off though, I'll be really good, honest.
