Well folks, we are so sorry that there wasn't a new show from Ben and I on 1 Brighton FM tonight.

To make up for it, here's one from the vaults. Ben and I sweating it out in the bunker way back in the height of summer. The music is suitably summery in vibe, so just the thing to warm your cockles on a freezing winters night.
