Hope you've all had a wonderful bank holiday weekend full of friends, music, love and laughter. We'e a bit early this week, as Ben and I are off to see Seu Jorge at the Royal Albert Hall tomorrow, so here's last weeks 1 Brighton FM show to accompany the fading embers of your long weekend.
