Hey music lovers … 😎💜⚡️🔊 My final show of the year, and a bit of a different approach this week. Most of you won’t realise this, but it’s been almost 3 years since I last DJ’d in front of a live audience. In 2019 I discovered that my hearing has been damaged quite badly though years of listening to lots of very loud music. This has meant that mixing records live is becoming quite challenging for me, meaning I was reluctant to take some gigs. Then of course in 2020 we had Covid 19 and lockdown, then in 2021 I had cancer, then this last year I finally caught Covid, and since then I’ve been suffering the effects of long Covid, so no late nights for me. So, no gigs, until last weekend when our local pub landlord and master brewer Nick, asked me to DJ at his birthday party. What was supposed to be 2 hours turned into almost 4, and so on this week’s show I decided to play a few of the highlights. Hope you enjoy… Have a happy Christmas and a MERRY NEW YEAR!
