It’s almost time for Ben Monk and I to take to the airwaves again – coming in your ears on our weekly 1BTN radio show!
Here’s last week’s show to set the mood. Sadly, young Benjamin was injured in the pre-match warm up, and then, in a panic, I struggled across town to the studio in grid-locked beach-bound traffic, so not only is the show a rare solo effort, it’s also a wee bit shorter than usual (thanks Kerry!).
Regardless of real life conspiring against us, I think the show was rather jolly, with my selections reflecting the tropical heat outside. Lots of Brazilian and Latin influenced tracks, amongst the usual soothing ambience, Balearic classics, and jazz-donk! I do hope you enjoy listening again, or for the first time if you didn’t catch us live.
