Culprit’s first Various Artists compilation has had a two-year genesis. A meticulously
assembled collection providing a sonic blueprint to a maturing label realizing its
musical identity, ‘Above The City’ is a fantasy soundtrack to the famed LA rooftop
Culprit Sessions.
Area 32 034 is a shorter than usual mix containing tracks from the excellent Culprit various artists album released in October plus 3 other tracks from, Life and Death, One and Leftroom. I’ve included 5 tracks from the 8 track album, The remaining tracks will be in Area 32 035.The mix was recorded live at a very nice eatery, Ca Tonis in Altea La Vella, Spain that after midnight becomes a late night spot for musicians, it's also where I had my wedding reception, making it even more special!
