Norm is back and raring to go as we begin with a news story suggested by Rick Hinton. Coming from Florida, Rick saw a news story to make Norm's eyes water with a man attacking his wife's lover and cutting off a part of his anatomy. Other news stories come from India where a 7-year-old boy had a growth removed from his mouth containing 526 teeth, a man in New York who caused a tragedy when he left his twin babies in the car after forgetting to take them to daycare, a strange air hostess who enjoyed taking a rest in the overhead compartment on a Southwest Airlines plane, and the search for Gizmo, a chihuahua who was dog-napped by a seagull.
