Jez Nelson and Chris Philips preview the 21st New York City Winter Jazzfest from our One Jazz studio above the Lower Eastside of Manhattan. Winter Jazz Fest Artist In Residence Makaya McCraven talks about his involvement and approach to the various events he is involved in. Vocalist, lyricist, composer and educator Fay Victor joins them to talk about her wonderful Herbie Nicholls Sung project. Also One Jazz's own Götz Bühler is in town and talks about artists he has seen and looking forward to seeing at the festival.
