Alexander Hawkins presents: Break A Vase - Episode 8 (18 September 2024)

Break A Vase began in 2023 as the efforts of a busy touring musician to reacquaint himself when at home with various corners of his physical music collection. Each episode finds Hawkins free-associating his way around his shelves, resulting in a genre-blind trip which takes in jazz, improvised, classical, traditional and pop musics from across the planet and the ages, and much else besides.

The tracks in this show are deliberately anonymous - done as a puzzle, with the answer given in a later episode!
