How do you achieve perfect handwriting? I "practice" writing all the time, but if I have bad handwriting to start am I just compounding the problem? It is a pain to write well. It's faster to not. I can read it fine. The French call illegible scrawl "griffonage." You'd think it may be connected to how smart you are or how well you did in school, or maybe how good you are with words. But I've seen a lot of proof to the contrary, in fact, some of the best handwriting I've seen recently has come from the downright dumbest people I know. This playlist isn't about handwriting, and it is barely about the French, but what is relevant is griffonage of the voice. That is mispronouncing words. But it isn't my fault, the songs tonight are in too many different languages that I couldn't possibly learn all the language rules to. Tonight's episode is a worldly episode with folk songs from all over the globe. Delight in an assortment of folk stylings from mostly the 60's and 70's. Please forgive me.
