We’re taking a trip back to the show’s roots - we are looking at underground psych pop songs, and other bizarre groovy tunes. Psychedelic pop itself has a pretty loose definition, with songs and groups that fall somewhere between sunshine pop and acid rock, but today I'm focusing on more upbeat psychedelic sounds from groups that experimented in multiple genres. And, of course, it wouldn’t be The Hippie Hour without those other bizarre groovy tunes!
