Originally from Beja and now living in Barreiro, Paixão’s life has been dedicated to music for 16 years and counting. He started as a promoter, co-founding the festivals SMSF and MUPA in the capital of Baixo Alentejo, and recently created Another Place — a series of events whose booth has been graced by acts such as Nova Retra, Kuba’97, 2JACK4U, George Silver, and Adão e Erva, among many others.
A DJ since 2019, Paixão’s approach to the booth is situational within his vision, filled with delicate soundscapes and dub echoes. With a preference for long sets, going through his vinyl and digital library, he adapts to audiences and environments without losing his identity.
