Of mixed heritage but born and raised in North London, Sol Ové was brought up on a combination of jazz, soul, hip-hop, reggae and his first love, drum and bass - creating his own path musically. An obsessive vinyl collector across genres, he is fast becoming known for Stripped Back Sounds - his curated nights of minimal and deep house co-founded with his brother and life-long friends. He uses this platform to curate and share his wide plethora of influences and sounds in what makes his sound unique. The timeless selections, and deep appreciation for all music creates adventurous genre-bending sets filled with groove-laden beats and obscure gems.
