DJ Funk-O-Mart aka Bob Ravelli is originally from Philadelphia the home of Philly funk and soul epitomized by the Sound of Philadelphia. He specializes in funk, soul and classic dance tracks in particular disco classics. He also likes to play current dance tracks with a neo disco vibe. He is currently a resident DJ at the iconic Friendly Society in Soho and has been a resident DJ at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern for many years for Bar Wotever and has also played at Duckie late night. He has had DJ gigs at The Glory, The Eagle and The Standard Hotel. Besides DJing he is also a voice over artist.
His DJ set is called Queer As Dancing. It celebrates gay dance classics from Stonewall to the present as February is LGBT+ history month. Featuring floor fillers from the gay club scene covering each decade from the 70's to the 2010's from Sylvester to Todrick.
