Pink Marquis curates a refreshing approach to some of the sounds and rhythms that we already associate club culture with. Expect lots of breaks, lots of bangs & scratching laced around soulful vocals and harmonic chords. The usual combination of smooth blends, erratic mixes, echo effects, hi-pass/low-end filters and reverb really emphasise some of the electronic synth sounds that compliment the beats; but more importantly this is a show that really allows you to indulge in a new way of listening to an esoteric art form; from a post-modern perspective.
