Using a selection of archival footage, interviews and music Tottenham’s cultural wealth and consistent oppression are presented in tandem. The Windrush scandal, Broadwater Farm Estate Riots, Mark Duggan’s murder and contemporary voices merge with music that attempts to create a soundscape of one of the world’s most creative and interesting places.
