Description
We've all heard ambient, we've all heard bass, but have you ever heard ambient bass? Well, me neither, until I started spiralling. The only way I could even begin to cope with my mind was to channel all of this noise into sound. I guess you could say, then, that my signature sound chose me, I just succumbed to it. My intricately-designed drumscapes pull you inwards and connect you to your inner world, or perhaps provide you with some respite from it for a while. I blend ambient synths and spaced-out grooves with left-field beats and bass to symbolise the co-existence of light and dark that is the human experience. The beats are my thoughts, syncopating, overlapping, indistinguishable as to where one ends and the other begins. The lack of constant rhythm is intentional; I want you to succumb to the beats and lose control until before you realise it you’ll be asking yourself: “how did we get here?” In my sets, coincidences do not exist; every sound has its purpose. Come spiral with me.
