October is here and summer is over for many. For us Brits, it might feel like it hasn’t even started yet. In any case, this set is straight from the archives of a typical British Summer for me. I was DJing in the middle of a field with various jackets on, lambrini in the boot and subwoofers on the ground. It is really down to earth and so bloody chavvy it feels very me. Nobody needed any DJ experience or frills, just a real need for a party in the woods. A live recording, with all its glitches, cables caught in the wind and darkness, it’s imperfect just like our summers & I hope releasing the chaos helps to end this rave season & bring in the next.
