Anxiety: what does it feel like to you? To me, it feels like being underwater. Struggling to keep my head above the tide, swimming against the current to the surface, hopeful... only to take a breath and get washed back down by the tide. I've found that the only way to remain sane is not to try to get out of the water, but rather to learn to float. We all need that breather, that escape. The life raft to stop us from drowning. Let it be this sonic poem. Allow me to take you on a journey to my underwater kingdom as a way to take you out of yours. Just...go with the flow ;)
