In 2013, DJ Byna downloaded Virtual DJ and started experimenting, eventually making her first “production” on the platform after discovering Jersey Club. Early on, she used Virtual DJ and Audacity to create songs before learning FL Studio. While Jersey Club initially sparked her passion, being from Florida, she was heavily influenced by her local jook scene, with artists like Ice Billion Berg, Grind Mode, Ball Greezy, Piccalo, and etc. shaping her sound. Later, pioneers such as Fwea-Go Jit, Tre Oh Fie, DJ Schreach, ShesCreamsMiren, and DJ Jam305 developed SoFloJook, which also inspired her. Over the years, she’s grown from focusing on Jersey Club and SoFloJook to exploring many other genres. This mix blends those roots—SoFloJook and Jersey Club—into her evolving musical journey.
