Back on Voices Radio with Series 2 of Don’t Walk, Episode 2. I have my first guest with me this week since moving to Voices, Emilia Caccamo.

Emilia talks deeply about the loss of her mother and various family members throughout her life. She has an incredible ability to reflect in a way that adds such meaning to everything that she does in her day to day and how she cares and looks after others.

Emilia offers some brilliant advice as to how you can help support those around you who are grieving. She is so raw and open about the unexpected and expected emotions that creep up in this time and how destabilizing they have been to her own everyday regime. There’s a lesson to be learned for everyone in Emilia’s chat, grieving or not, about the importance of taking life by the horns and adopting a fuck it attitude whilst still managing to keep your head above water.
