‘Curry’s House with D.D.Curry’ is a 2-hour dance music program on Voices At Night that features exciting sounds and voices from the underground dance music community around the world. The London-via-Brooklyn host is a DJ, producer and co-owner of dance labels Fortune Signal and Faux Poly. This month, he’s joined by his friend and collaborator DJ Coupon, a producer/DJ based in Queens, NY. Also known under the aliases of Off-Brand and Convalesce, the eclectic artist creates leftfield electronic music and co-hosts the SLUICE show on The Lot Radio. The pair’s first release together, “Grasping For Acid,” comes out on 11 July on Fortune Signal’s ‘Visions’ compilation, and they’ve selected two hours of the acid, broken beat, and other leftfield club sounds that influenced their track.
