‘Curry’s House with D.D.Curry’ is a 2-hour dance music program on Voices At Night that combines DJ sets with guest interviews. The London-via-Brooklyn host is a DJ, producer and co-founder of electronic labels Fortune Signal and Working Rhythms Records. Each month, Curry will invite a guest DJ to provide a 1-hour set and have a lively conversation about songs that influenced them. In his mix for this month, Curry provides an energetic blend of house, UKG and rave sounds from around the world, with an emphasis on UK talent. He’s joined by Glasgow-based Dan be, a Spanish producer, DJ and co-owner of the Y4 Collective label, who discusses his disciplined approach to creating tracks, as well as his label’s curatorial process as it nears its 4th anniversary. Dan also contributes a clubby guest mix consisting of dancefloor-focused house, garage and breakbeats.
