‘Curry’s House with D.D.Curry’ is a 2-hour dance music program on Voices At Night that combines DJ sets with guest interviews. The London-via-Brooklyn host is a DJ, producer and co-founder of electronic labels Fortune Signal and Working Rhythms Records. Each month, Curry will invite a guest DJ to provide a 1-hour set and have a lively conversation about songs that influenced them. In his mix for this month, Curry provides an energetic blend of house, garage and chillout sounds from around the world. This month’s guest is Edinburgh producer/DJ/saxophonist Panooc (they/them). The XOXA collective co-founder joins the programme to discuss their new single “Make It Real” on Fortune Signal, their love of jazz, and risk taking in one’s creative process.
