This month’s magic is: ‘PRIDE 🌈 ! June marks Pride Month all over the world. Pride is a celebration and commemoration of the lives and contributions of LGBTQ+ in shaping culture. As Pride is celebrated across the world, it serves as a reminder of the ongoing fight for equality, human rights, and visibility since the Stonewall Riots of 1969. With Transgender rights in the UK under threat, and anti-LGBTQ+ hateful rhetoric seen in multiple legislative actions around the world, Pride remains a protest.
Expect a power hour of all things Vogue, Ballroom, House, Electronic, and Dance music either remixed/produced by artists who have either identified as LGBTQ+ themselves, or by people who have significant cultural impact within the community.
