This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Laurie Ward and Charli Cowgill- the writers and performers of ‘52 Monologues for Young Transsexuals’ which garnered 4 stars from The Guardian, was nominated for Show of the Week at Vault Festival 2023, and which is set to his Soho Theatre in March 2024- what a pair of stars! I’ll be asking them how they got their show to Soho Theatre, the shock factor of their performance, and their awful double date experience.
