Après Effex (@apreseffex) is a San Francisco-based music producer, DJ, and sound designer from Vallejo, California. As the performance name and electronic musical project of independent filmmaker and audiovisual artist Luis Perez-Casasola (@luisperezcasasola), this alias serves as an outlet for releasing ambient, textural, and anthemic electronic projects through his imprint, Internal Recordings (@internalrecordings), based in San Francisco. He also co-founded and co-runs Hidden Connections (@hiddenconnections.io), a music collective and event series in the San Francisco Bay Area, with musician and DJ @groovswirl.

Internal Recordings (c. 2024) is an imprint and in-house record label powered by Studio Luis Perez-Casasola, a film studio & design practice in San Francisco, California.
