The Greatest Hits of… is the show where we countdown the chart of the best selling singles (& albums) of our topic year.
We’ll also share the top news stories of the year, what happened in the world of sport, famous names that were born in the topic year - but also the well-known celebrities that shuffled off this mortal coil.
At the end of the show, a fellow presenter and I go head-to-head with a track we believe should have made the chart, but didn’t for some bizarre reason, then we ask the listeners to get in touch and vote which track they believe was the better choice!
