Arizona Desert Trip (by DJ Steve)

Inspired by the growing amount of ambient Americana in my collection and Chris Coco's recent desert-themed Melodica show, this trip West chills with Calexico and Marielle V Jacobsons, before getting a bit weird with American Music Club alumni Bruce Kaphan and Soundwalk Collective, Gael Garcia Bernel and Patti Smith. After that it all goes a bit prog with Floating Points' impression of Pink Floyd, Moon Duo's epic remix of The Quiet Temple, and Calexico (again). We drive into the desert sunset with Field Works and William Tyler. Like, totally cosmic dude!
